True Blue REE Property
A 303-claim rare earth element and niobium prospect in the Pelly Mountains Volcanic Belt of southern Yukon, prospective for carbonatite- and syenite-affiliated mineralization.
The property
True Blue is TGX's flagship, and the reason the Company exists in its current form. It spans 303 mining claims in the Watson Lake Mining District of southern Yukon, roughly 55 kilometres south of Ross River in the Pelly Mountains Volcanic Belt, and is registered with the Yukon Geological Survey as occurrence 105F 130.

Geology
The story here is written in the bedrock. True Blue sits on a Mississippian-age syenite stock that intruded Lower Paleozoic Cassiar Platform rocks, alongside cogenetic felsic metavolcanics of the Pelly Mountains Volcanic Belt and a small associated carbonatite, the two rock types that host most of the world's rare earths and niobium. Historic exploration documented rare earth element and niobium mineralogy in a skarn and an altered, zircon-enriched felsic dyke swarm tied to the syenite, and published academic work on the showing records Ce-dominant allanite as a principal REE-bearing mineral, alongside Fe-Ti-Nb oxide phases typical of alkaline systems.
That mineralogy is what makes True Blue worth the work: it points toward the permanent-magnet rare earths (Nd, Pr, Dy, Tb) and the niobium that sit at the heart of the critical-metals supply question. The Company's exploration thesis is built on it.
Regional context
The True Blue Property sits within the approximately 80-kilometre-long, northwest-trending Pelly Mountains Volcanic Belt, a continental-rift-related Devono-Mississippian alkaline province also host to the Wolf and MM volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposits and to other syenite-hosted REE prospects documented by the Yukon Geological Survey.
Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. holds the adjacent Pelly Mountain Project, which the company describes as prospective for VMS and REE deposit types and which is underlain by the same volcano-sedimentary belt. The Geological Survey of Canada's published academic record further documents REE-mineralized contact-metamorphic aureoles developed around Mississippian syenite stocks in the belt.
This regional belt-scale geology is descriptive only. No adjacent operator's drill results, grades, tonnages or resource numbers are imported to True Blue, consistent with NI 43-101 s.2.3(2).
Critical-metals angle
Why these metals, and why here. The permanent-magnet rare earths (Nd, Pr, Dy, Tb) are what turn electricity into motion in EV drivetrains, wind-turbine generators and defence systems; niobium makes steel stronger and lighter. At True Blue, the historic mineralogy, Ce-dominant allanite in carbonatite-syenite-skarn-dyke settings, points to exactly this family of elements. Both rare earths and niobium are named on the Government of Canada's Critical Minerals List, and both are largely supplied from outside North America today.
Status
The Company has not defined any mineral resources or mineral reserves on the True Blue Property. Historical exploration on the showing was conducted by prior operators under the previous corporate identity of the issuer (True North Gems Inc.) and may not have been carried out under current NI 43-101 standards. Investors should refer to the Company's filings on SEDAR+ for the current status of work programs and any subsequent technical reports.
