Sebastian Lowes appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director

TGX Energy & Resources Inc. announced on May 6, 2026 the appointment of Sebastian Lowes to its board of directors as an additional member. Mr. Lowes has also been appointed Chief Executive Officer, succeeding M. Bilal Bhamji, who continues as a director.

Mr. Lowes is a corporate and securities lawyer whose practice has focused on mining and natural resources, structuring and closing the financings and combinations that build resource companies in Canadian capital markets.

The appointment comes as the Company turns its attention back to the True Blue rare earth property in the Yukon, where it intends to plan and coordinate further evaluation during fiscal 2026.
